MW3 first map pack screen shots

After much anticipation around the first piece of DLC for Modern Warfare 3, we finally have had some light shed on some details.

In an official statement over on Call of Duty's Official website, the first DLC for Modern Warfare 3 has has been announced for Xbox 360 CoD Elite Premium members. Release date: 24th January, 2012. As per usual with all previous DLC / Map Pack releases, they will be exclusive to the Xbox 360 for a month before released onto other platforms. With the added addition of the Call of Duty: Elite service, non-Elite users will get the map pack even later. This basically means there are two levels you need to meet to receive the DLC when it is released, firstly and Xbox 360 with Gold subscription and a Call of Duty: Elite subscription. "We're doing more than just maps. We're going to do Spec Ops missions and a variety of things that players have never seen before." This is an interesting change since Modern Warfare 3′s experience goes beyond just the standard multiplayer experience, having the ability to offer so much more will be greatly beneficial!
To confirm this, we were informed by the Official MW3 Facebook page: "DLC will feature multiplayer maps, Spec-Ops missions and other content.More info on this coming soon!"
Fourzerotwo at infinity ward has given us a sneak peek at one of the maps that will be included in the first modern warfare 3 map pack called "Park",  The maps that have been unofficially released are the following:  Park (Official, possible Central Park in New York) Overwatch (Seems to be some sort of building sight overlooking Manhattan) Morningwood (Looks to be a plane crash outside the Estate building in MW2) Italy (Sort of looks a bit like Favela slums from MW2 but a bit posher!)

Xbox 360 Dashboard update on Dec. 6

Xbox has officially announced on Tuesday December 6th xbox live new dashboard features will be released. this will be free to all console owners. As we all have anticipated and seen on our dashboard to this new upcoming feature leading up to this year like the bing search and youtube applications. through out December they will be adding new additions to the features that will be released on the 6th on an ongoing basis through out the holiday adding customized television, movies, Internet videos, sports and music and a wealth of new content will begin rolling out from world leading providers in more than 20 countries. so what will be released on the 6th of December, well this is the list that they have posted

• New personal and social features including Cloud Storage for Game Saves and LIVE Profile
• Beacons and Facebook Sharing
• Enhanced Family Settings
• Integrated voice and gesture controls across the dashboard and in apps
• Bing voice search (Available this year in the US, UK and CA)

Turtle Beach or Astro?

There has been a long debate between turtle beach headsets and astros headsets on which is better. people who use astro say turtle beach don't compare to astro and the same who use turtle beach say astros are overrated. this is a continuous debate that might not have a end. Both headsets are amazing and entering a new era in technologically-advanced audio headsets from Dolby 7.1 Surround sound, digital RF wireless connection for crystal-clear game audio, listening to music while you play, answering your phone from your headset and customizable audio settings to enhance the sounds, from foot steps to the music background and more. Turtle beach has not been far from the race with its earforce x41 and The Turtle Beach px5 leading the charge. It is really hard to say but in my opinion I have to say that i prefer the astro A40. They have really tuned their headset to really put yourself in the game and the comfort is amazing but many of you might disagree so let me know what you think?

XBOX Live Renewal ON/OFF new feature

The day has come when xbox finally did something about the hassle of changing your auto renewal billing method for your xbox live account. Just last week they added the auto renewal on/off feature and the ability to pay with your paypal account. If any of you had to this this before the new feature you would be on the phone for about 10 to 20 min answering questions just to do one simple thing. This is experiencing that all over again. Evil controllers, gamers best friend! Not many people know anything about modded controllers or were to get them. evil controllers is the most recognized brand when it comes to modz and the most reliable with their rapid fire patent pending. They are a lil pricey but if u mail your controller you saved around 40%, they average around $120 but they are extremely reliable and easy to send back for warranty and over 100 different customizable controllers. Ive had mine for like more than two years and still have not had a problem. If you want to experience a better gaming time or have a competitive edge this is for you! they have 6 modes of rapid fire to fit every need and one custom for your liking because we all know sometime you just want to go trigger happy!!! and who wouldn't like to hold down the trigger and shoot up to 400% faster so for gaming accessories one out ten i give this a 8.5

kontrol freek

I wanted to talk about kontrol freaks because alot of people have been asking me what they are. kontrol freaks are a great way to advance your gaming. they are just raisers for the analog sticks but are much bigger and better grip. you may think that their pointless but are actually pretty handy and cool. They are around 8$ to 15$ and they fit all types of controllers from xbox to ps3. They give you that edge when your playing first person shooter games and just let u have better control when moving and aiming. I give this a one out of ten a 9.5 for gaming accessories

Battlefield 3

What happens when u put DICE, FROSTBITE and EA, you get battlefield 3. This game couldn't get any better when it come to realism who doesn't like blowing up building and making havoc where ever u decide to drive a tank. The multiplayer is amazing!!! The graphics are so realistic you think you were in the game. The best part of this is the vehicles, when u get in a chopper, tank or jet you want to be able to experience it like if u were in a battlefield and they delivered. even tho i used the jet like 100 times and haven't got more than one kill i still had fun. the campaign was alright but i like having a good story to go with the game play even if it's amazing. i give this game one out of ten a 7.5

Call of Duty MW3

The most anticipated game just released on November 8 and record lines for a game were broken as people lined up to get their copy (and  on other news teenage pregnancy drop by 76% hahaha).  So did this game live up to its hype? I believe so and even more with its multiplayer. the details on the maps and guns are amazing and the sound from shooting a round are accurate. The maps couldn't be better except for village that separates the map to much. The kill streaks are ridicules awesome even for the noob. Having 3 different types of kill streaks really make it fun for every type of player from camper to the runner gunner, The campaign couldn't be more fun with playing with the all the characters from the past as all 3 games come as one. so one out of ten stars i give it a 9.5
